IMPORTANT MESSAGE (FOR MUSHROOM POISONING)

If you suspect a poisoning

If you suspect that you have consumed a poisonous mushroom, go to the nearest hospital / clinic. 
Bring the mushroom samples (if available) to the hospital.

What you can do

If you / someone you know have been poisoned by mushrooms:

1) Try to get a sample of the same mushroom from where they were found.

2) Place material in a paper bag or waxed paper and refrigerate until it can be examined (DO NOT PUT IT IN PLASTIC BAG)

3) Note where the mushrooms were collected (in case the mushrooms may have been contaminated by uptake of pesticides or heavy metals from lawns, roadsides or industrial areas)
